Client Reviews

Three thousand families later.

“Ben told us exactly what it would cost in the first meeting and stuck to it. He took something we'd been putting off for fifteen years and made it feel manageable. We left with a real plan, not a pile of paperwork.”

Common Questions

Honest answers, in plain English.

A few of the questions we’re asked most often. The rest are in the full FAQ library.

How much will an estate plan cost?
We quote a fixed fee in writing before we start — so the number you see in the consultation is the number you pay. Most full estate plans for a couple fall between $3,500 and $7,500 depending on complexity (trusts, business interests, blended families). We’ll tell you which range you’re in within fifteen minutes of meeting.
Do I really need a trust, or is a will enough?
It depends on what you own, where it’s titled, and what you want to control after you’re gone. A will is sometimes enough; a revocable trust often saves your family from probate. We’ll walk through the trade-offs so you can decide — not pitch you the more expensive option.
What's the difference between a practice area and a service?
Our three practice areas are Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, and Probate — the big buckets. Services are the specific work inside each: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, prenups, probate filings, and so on. The nav reflects that split.
How long does it usually take?
A typical estate plan takes four to six weeks from first call to signing. Probate runs six months to a year by Colorado statute. We commit to deadlines in writing — and we hit them.
Do you work outside the south metro?
We can. Most of our clients are in Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch — but we work statewide via Zoom and signing visits when it makes sense.
